Shipping service and delivery times
We will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to DHL delivery availability. If your country is missing just let us know and we’ll add it to the list.
Orders are shipped with Express Service by DHL. Whilst we have no control over the delivery to you, indicative timings are as follows:
USA: 1–2 working days
Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand: 2–3 working days
European Union, Norway and Switzerland: 1–2 working days
Sweden: 1–2 working days
Rest of the world: 3–4 working days
Stock permitting, all orders placed are usually shipped within 3 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods. When your order is dispatched you will be sent a tracking number and a link to track you order.

Payment, Taxes and Duties
We accept online payment in a secure environment by both debit and credit card. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. All major debit and credit cards are also accepted for payment via PayPal.
All prices are given in euro (€) and for destinations outside the European Union (EU) the prices are shown exclusive of sales tax (VAT). For a country which is a member state of the EU prices are shown inclusive of sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 25%. This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized for you as you pass through the checkout.
Please note that we have no control over any customs/import duties or brokerage fees that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

All shipping prices are irrespective of quantity.
Shipments to China
Regulations for Personal Shipments.
Personal effects are limited to unaccompanied baggage or commodity sent to private individual with reasonable quantity for personal use. Value threshold: Less than CNY1,000(USD153). If shipment contains only one item, it still can be cleared as personal effects even if the value is over CNY 1,000 (USD 153). However, customs reserves the right to approve the importation or return to origin.
Shipments to Russia
Receiver in Russia will have to pay duties and brokerage fee. Duties are paid directly to customs and it's done during the clearance process, the receiver is contacted by customs by email.
Shipment below €200.00 - No brokerage fee.
€200,00 - €1,000.00 - DHL brokerage fee is approximately €15.00.
Above €1,000.00 - DHL brokerage fee is approximately €35.00.

Size Guide Shoes
Spalwart shoes follow European standard sizing. Please note that sizing may vary by shoe style and manufacturer.

Chart for length of last (in millimeter) per model.
For a comfortable fit in terms of length, and to give your toes enough space, we recommend you to choose a size corresponding to a last length longer than your feet, at least +5mm.
Shipping to Post Office boxes
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products it can be returned for any reason within 14 days of having received it.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please return the unwanted item following below Return Policy instructions. We are unable to cover postage, customs duties or sales tax for any return shipments, although we'll pay to have the exchanged item sent back out.
What is your return policy?
The products to be returned need to be complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. Spalwart will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
All returns must be marked with your Return Number. Before returning any product please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Goods Return Number. Once you have received this, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. You cannot return goods without a Goods Return Number.
When returning items the carrier must be made aware that the items being sent are Returned Goods. Both the paperwork and a label saying "RETURN ITEM" should be fixed to the outside of the parcel where it can clearly been seen by customs.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced.

For any uncollected products (e.g. due to incorrect address or contact details, or unsuccessful deliveries due to courier not being able to reach you, or non-payment of the Charges (if applicable), or refusal) you will be charged the initial shipping cost, together with the return cost and an administrative cost: €50.00. Order for uncollected products will automatically be cancelled, and you will be refunded any exceeding amount.
Essentials: Washing instructions for our Essential clothes are printed on a tag inside the garment. In general, wash your Essential clothes in cold or warm water with mild laundry detergent (non-toxic, biodegradable types preferred) and let them dry on a line.
Shoes: Keep soles clean with soap and water. Remove stains from the upper of shoes under cold running water, and gently use bile soap or leather soap. Do not machine wash. Grease the leather lining on occasions with a neutral leather balm or leather oil. Use a natural formula.
Colors may change over time when exposed to UV light.
